You can write to us about any of the following:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Courtslanding Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
